CD Description : A record released in 1977 by Joe Yamanaka, the main vocalist of the Flower Travellin' Band, who gained popularity with his overwhelming singing ability and presence. Second solo album. In addition to Japanese artists such as Hideki Ishima, Nobuhiko Shinohara, and Osamu Kitajima of the Flower Travelin' Band, overseas artists such as the Van Eeaton brothers and Klaus Wurman also participate. The album opens with a drum break on A2 "New Generation", A3 "You're A Part Of Me", and A1 "To The New World", all of which show Soul/Blues influences, The album also includes nice tracks such as B4 "Influence", a Balearic track with an impressive Middle Eastern/Indian melody. |
